What’s the Job?

DRG Talent is embarking on a period of exciting growth and expansion.  We are looking for a reliable, personable Project Administrator to support the DRG Team with a variety of administrative tasks. The Project Administrator will serve in a key role on our project teams supporting our client consulting and engagement work for purpose-driven organizations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can prioritize, take initiative, and work effectively with little supervision.

Scheduling and Calendar Management

The Project Administrator will maintain our client engagement project calendars and regularly update project teams on upcoming deadlines and milestones. The Project Administrator will manage project scheduling by communicating with our clients and external stakeholders to schedule meetings and manage complex scheduling for our team.

General Project Administrative Support

The Project Administrator will provide general administrative support to our project teams, including maintaining DRG’s files and records for each project and formatting documents. You’ll also support the Operations team by completing job board postings and assisting in proofreading and preparing documents.

DRG Teamwork

The Project Administrator will work across the entire DRG team to provide support on both internal and external projects. Our entire team collaborates on company-wide projects, learning, professional development, and experiences designed to strengthen our company. We provide our team members with opportunities to develop themselves, their work, and their investment in our collective mission.


Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a team player who has skills in administrative focus areas. The ideal Project Administrator will come with experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or another relevant role. The Project Administrator must be skilled at using Microsoft Office products and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Most importantly, a Project Administrator must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and enjoy the excitement of a fast-paced company where they will partner with many different members of our team over the course of their day. Location:  This is a full-time, exempt position. Location is flexible; our staff works from home offices or shared workspaces near where they live. Depending on the course of the pandemic, some travel may be required in the future; the amount and locations will vary depending on client needs.
