Meet Tyrell Williams, one of our research and outreach experts.
What is your role within DRG?
As a member of the Research and Outreach team, I utilize the job description and key needs/concerns of the client to create a diverse pool of candidates that can succeed in the role.
What would you want organizations to know about DRG?
We partner with organizations aiming to make meaningful impact across many different sectors of nonprofits and private/independent education. Our connection to the organization’s mission will always serve as our guiding star for a partnership.
What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?
“Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react.”
What brings you joy in your free time?
Hanging with friends, family and my doggo. I’m a lover of sports and video games, across many disciplines.
Which book/movie/tv show/podcast etc. is at the top of your list right now?
I absolutely love cooking competition shows and I am currently hooked on Beachside Brawl.
Anything else you’d like to add?
I’ve truly enjoyed my almost 2 years here with DRG. I love the organizations we work with and the sense of satisfaction at the end of a search knowing we’ve helped a wonderful organization land someone who’s going to continue their mission is tremendous.
