Meet Natalia Kepler, one of our talent consulting experts.
What is your role within DRG?
I am a Senior Talent Consultant with a focus on leading executive searches. I’m a bit of a generalist that works with a wide range of nonprofit organizations, but I especially enjoy working with organizations doing work in education, public health, and I/DD. I also enjoy searches focused on operations and HR roles.
What would you want organizations to know about DRG?
DRG is a company that is people-centered – both internally and externally. We’re focused on getting the right people in the right seats for our clients, but we’re also laser-focused on making sure we’re the best possible place to work for our team. I think as a company, we’re really thoughtful about providing an environment where people want to work, can thrive, and want to be the best they can be for our clients. And feel cared for while doing so.
What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?
Be authentic. You cant make everyone like you, or be everything for everyone. Just be yourself, and work with people who appreciate what you bring to the table.
What brings you joy in your free time?
With a 2.5-year-old toddler at home, most of my free time is spent at playgrounds and parks or building forts and Legos at home. I used to run a lot and do races with NY Road Runners, but it has been challenging to find the time – I hope I can get back to it soon.
Which book/movie/tv show/podcast etc. is at the top of your list right now?
My current TV shows include Ted Lasso and Severance. Just finished Bad Sisters which was fantastic. Books – Oh Crap! Potty training. I try to catch up on current events with The Daily podcast.
