Meet Dayna Gash, one of our operations experts.
What is your role within DRG?
I am a Project Administrator. I collaborate across the entire DRG team to provide administrative support on both internal and external projects.
What would you want organizations to know about DRG?
We take a team approach to all that we do. We build unique teams for each project that builds upon everyone’s unique strengths and areas of expertise. There is joy behind the work we do for our clients that is built upon our strong community that is the DRG team.
What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?
To approach all conversations with the lens that everyone has something they can teach you. It has helped my perspective as I enter conversations with a learning and listening lens first.
What brings you joy in your free time?
Spending time with my family, reading, and exercising.
Which book/movie/tv show/podcast etc. is at the top of your list right now?
I am usually listening to the Hidden Brain Podcast. I love to read: I just finished All the Light We Cannot See and Crying in H Mart.
