Tani (he/him) is a Partner at DRG. Tani’s journey with DRG began in 2016 as the organization’s first-ever junior associate. Tani quickly made his mark by building a strong network and earning the trust of both clients and candidates with his authenticity and dedication.
Now a Partner, Tani leads searches for a diverse array of organizations, focusing on community building, human services, education, and philanthropy. Known for his steady communication, thoughtful listening, sharp problem-solving, and calm demeanor in challenging moments, Tani is deeply valued for his ability to guide searches to successful outcomes while fostering meaningful connections along the way.
A proud Baltimore native, Tani now calls the suburbs of Philadelphia home, where he lives with his wife, Jordana, and their two sons, Cobi and Isaac. Tani is active in his community and serves on the board of The Kaiserman JCC. When he’s not at work, you can find Tani spending quality time with family and friends, staying active, immersing himself in a good podcast, or watching Steph Curry light up the court!
