Sarah (she/her) is a Partner at DRG. She leads searches for complex organizations that focus on Community Building, Education, Social Justice, and Youth Development. She is an expert at understanding what’s missing in an organization and how to successfully fill the gaps.
Sarah’s clients appreciate how deeply Sarah listens as they describe their needs. She asks smart questions to understand if there are other needs and then synthesizes that information to help them find the perfect person for the role(s). Sarah’s experience as an Executive Director and Director of Talent for nonprofit organizations gives her unique insight into the challenges organizations face in identifying the best talent. Sarah is known for always bringing positivity to everything she does and inspires the same in her colleagues and clients. She is deeply committed to social justice.
Sarah lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and enjoys spending time with her husband and their three kids. She can break into dance at any moment, loves to play Mahjong, go on hikes, watch feel-good sports movies (i.e., Field of Dreams), and eat chocolate chip cookies.
