Rachel (she/her) is a Senior Analyst at DRG. She partners with mission-driven organizations to provide expert analytical support and data analysis on a range of projects, including compensation benchmarking and strategy, 360 reviews, organizational design, and succession planning.
Rachel brings 15 years of experience to her role, including two years working in executive search as a previous member of DRG’s research and outreach team and 12 years working in independent school admissions and logistics. She has a B.A. in French and Linguistics from Scripps College.
Rachel lives with her family in upstate New York where she enjoys playing board games, reading, and walking in the woods.
