Nina (she/her) is a Talent Consultant at DRG. She has expertise and direct experience working in development roles across various nonprofit organizations including Jewish National Fund and the Aspen Institute.
Nina has served in lay leadership capacities as a member of the National/Washington DC JNFuture boards and the Gather DC Advisory Council. These experiences have enabled Nina to provide firsthand insight and guidance to her clients from both a board and lay-leader perspective. Nina’s clients rely on her to keep the search process highly organized and to go above and beyond to ensure candidates are authentic and genuinely able to lead their organization to success in achieving their mission.
Born and raised in Havre de Grace, MD, Nina has a dual degree in Fine Art and Mass Communications from Towson University, was VP of Recruitment for Alpha Phi – Eta Omega, and now resides in Washington DC. Outside of work, she is passionate about design, creating and being in immersed in art, pickleball, true crime podcasts, mental health advocacy, and fostering pets in her community in memory of her dog, Nala.
