Nina (she/her) is a Talent Consultant at DRG. She has expertise and direct experience working in development roles across various nonprofit organizations.
After departing the nonprofit world, Nina now serves in a lay leader capacity as a member of the JNFuture Washington DC board. This enables Nina to provide firsthand insight and guidance to her clients from both a board and lay-leader perspective. Her clients rely on Nina to keep the search process highly organized and to go above and beyond to ensure candidates are authentic and genuinely able to lead their organization to success in achieving their mission.
Nina has a dual degree in Fine Art and Mass Communications and resides in Washington DC. Outside of work, she is passionate about design, creating and being in immersed in art, pickleball, true crime podcasts, mental health advocacy, and fostering pets in her community in memory of her dog, Nala.
