Natalia (she/her) is a Senior Talent Consultant at DRG. She brings fifteen years of experience in consulting, program management, CSR, and board service to her work. Her passion is connecting social change organizations to passionate and skilled volunteers and leaders.
In her talent and executive search work, she brings a friendly and curious approach to getting to know clients and candidates alike, and is seen as a trusted advisor along their journey. In addition, Natalia’s clients depend on her keen eye for details, carefully crafted job descriptions, and in-depth candidate snapshots.
Natalia and her family live in New Jersey but will travel near and far to find the perfect coffee, dessert, or meal. Her true passion is building travel itineraries around amazing meals. She loves to keep active, whether that is training for a marathon, taking a spin class, or running after her lively toddler.
