Marilyn (she/her) is a Senior Advisor at DRG. For 24 years before DRG, Marilyn was president of Machlowitz Consultants, Inc., a retained executive search firm serving major nonprofits and foundations. Prior to founding the firm, she ran the corporate board placement service for Catalyst and worked in human resources for several purpose-driven corporations. Marilyn has generously shared her unique expertise, having published three books about business and behavior.
Marilyn earned her Ph.D. from Yale University and her A.B. from Princeton University. She is a highly skilled resource for our Talent Consulting Experts and research team to tap into top talent for our clients.
Marilyn is avid about museums, documentary films, and urban walking tours. She is a native of Philadelphia and now resides in New York City with her husband. They are the proud parents of an adult daughter.
