With over ten years of experience in a myriad of industries as an expert consultant and thought leader, Marc excels at driving business objectives through optimizing selection, development, engagement, and retention of employees, using people analytics, assessment, and psychology.
Marc lives in Philadelphia with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys trying new restaurants, eats ice cream every day and spends time on the golf course in search of the perfect swing.
