Laura (she/her) is a Senior Talent Consultant at DRG. She has special expertise in identifying and coaching rising stars. She builds strong, diverse pools of candidates, drawing on an extensive network of experienced senior administrators. She delivers continuous advice and administrative support to search committees throughout their search process.
Laura’s clients depend on her to tend to all the details of their search, develop a deep and nuanced understanding of their school communities and to be available every step of the way even after the position has been filled. She is a former teacher, department head, and senior administrator in three independent schools and now serves as a board member of a wonderful arts academy in Connecticut.
Laura is a Connecticut Nutmegger (you can look that up!) who lives in Connecticut with her husband, Fred. She is a kayaker, an avid reader, a pretty good cook, and an exuberant grandmother.
