Laura (she/her) is a Principal at DRG. With more than 15 years of experience in executive search, Laura has led searches across the U.S., ranging from locally focused nonprofits to large private foundations.
Throughout her career, Laura has placed leaders in executive roles for private foundations, place-based and community-focused organizations, visual and performing arts centers, youth development, social services, and environmental justice organizations. Laura is a first-generation college graduate and second-generation American and holds a BA in French and an MS in Counseling. Prior to joining DRG, Laura and her husband founded a boutique firm that partnered with nonprofits in executive search and organization development.
Laura is an Atlanta native and a passionate supporter of the University of Georgia Bulldogs. She is married to her college sweetheart, with whom she shares an adult stepson and two energetic dogs. In her spare time, Laura enjoys cooking, exploring small towns, hiking, fishing, and serving her community as a volunteer for several nonprofits.
