Jess (she/her) is a Managing Director of Search at DRG. She is an expert in talent strategy, including organizational design, and executive search.
Her passion is relationship and stakeholder management, and she takes a genuine interest in open and timely communication that builds strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Jess’s clients appreciate her bold approach to talent and that she is not afraid to take a risk in presenting an out-of-the-box nontraditional candidate. Her candidates see her as a trusted advisor supporting them throughout their search journey.
After many years in New York City, Jess and her family now live in New Jersey. She has also lived in India and South Africa, both for work and studies. Jess is a lifelong camper who believes it’s not a true campfire without S’mores!
