| Jennifer (she/her) is a Principal consultant at DRG. She possesses deep expertise with educational institutions, having spent 25 years leading, teaching, coaching, and advising in independent schools.
In her day-to-day work, she supports schools, foundations, and social justice nonprofits with their search and larger organizational needs. She is also a UC Berkeley certified executive coach and specializes in working with school and nonprofit leaders and teams to tackle seemingly intractable challenges inevitable when leading an organization. Jennifer’s curiosity, empathy, and authenticity build a deep sense of trust between her and her clients, and they appreciate her dedication, open communication, and push for equity to help deliver great results for their institutions. Born and raised in New York, Jennifer, her husband, cat, and dog, call Pasadena, California, home. She continues to cherish the rapidly decreasing time her sons spend in the house. Jennifer makes a mean cheese popover and enjoys running, reading, playing card games with her family, or savoring red wine and gourmet food with friends. |
