Halle (she/her) is a Consultant at DRG and a researcher, informaticist, and trauma-informed community practitioner focused on advancing sustainable, systems-level change. She works on consulting engagements that sit at the intersection of health and social systems, with an emphasis on improving access, equity, and outcomes across communities. Through this work, she has become known for integrating research, data, and lived experience to support more effective and equitable solutions.
Prior to joining DRG, Halle worked across Greater Cleveland as a mental health practitioner, mixed-methods researcher, and strategic data analyst. Her work has centered on projects that promote multidimensional health access and equity, bringing together data, research, and community-informed approaches. She brings expertise in trauma-informed practice and supports organizations such as Land of Lincoln Legal Aid, Lakewood Community Services Center, and the MacArthur Foundation, in using data and research to drive more equitable outcomes.
Halle holds a Master of Social Work and a Certificate in Trauma-Informed Practice from the Mandel School at Case Western Reserve University, as well as a Master of Public Health from the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. She is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Ohio and also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science and English, with focuses in Neuroscience and Journalism, from Case Western Reserve University.
Halle lives in Cleveland Heights, with her cat, Mochi.
