Eduardo Puente

Eduardo (he/him) is a Senior Research & Business Intelligence Analyst at DRG, specializing in the analysis of information that drives strategic planning and program evaluations. Based in Mexico City, he leads the integration of quantitative and qualitative data to support foundations and mission-driven organizations in implementing strategic goals and conducting in-depth assessments. Through this work, he has become known for his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to precision in generating actionable insights.

With ten years of experience in data analysis and market research, Eduardo excels at connecting qualitative findings with quantitative data to uncover evidence-based patterns. He leverages this expertise to design interactive dashboards and surveys that enhance both client engagements and internal operations. In addition, he oversees internal data management at DRG, ensuring that operational information remains accurate, up to date, and a reliable resource for the firm. He has supported organizations such as the Greater Cleveland Funders Collaborative, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and Starting Point, using data-driven insights to strengthen planning, evaluation, and decision-making.

Eduardo holds a degree in Economics from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) and brings a strong analytical foundation paired with a genuine interest in using data to support positive social change.

Outside of work, Eduardo is an astronomy enthusiast who enjoys observing the night sky and staying up to date with advancements in space exploration. He finds balance through travel and time in nature, and enjoys cooking and spending time with his partner Wendy, as well as with family and friends. He is also actively involved in local community efforts, consistently seeking opportunities to contribute to the well-being of those around him.
