Dara (she/her) is the CEO and majority owner of DRG. With more than a decade of expertise in identifying C-suite talent and providing strategic direction to nonprofit boards and management, Dara is sought out for her guidance on talent acquisition, organizational design, negotiation, and women in leadership.
A skillful facilitator, she’s known for her mastery at preparing organizations for leadership transitions and working with board leadership to solve for optimal talent solutions. Dara has worked with organizations ranging in size from $1mil to $500mil and is known for her ability to simplify complex organizational challenges and partner with leaders to create effective plans for growth and change.
Since becoming CEO, Dara has led DRG through an unprecedented period of growth and is so honored to work with the most talented, creative, thoughtful, and funny team.
Dara lives in New Jersey with her husband Simon, their four kids and their pandemic puppy, Leo. She loves a good game of Mahjong and is a talented musician.
