Cynthia (she/her) is a Reference Specialist at DRG. As part of the Research & Outreach team, she conducts confidential reference interviews on candidates for school leadership positions in independent schools throughout the United States and abroad.
Cynthia is a career educator and professional musician. She has taught music across a variety of venues throughout her career. Most notably, she has created and established music and arts curricula in middle and upper schools, as well as directed private and community choirs. During her professional career, she has mentored colleagues, student teachers, and administrators.
Cynthia calls Lawrenceville, NJ home. As a volunteer at Isles, Inc., she partners with students in the Isles Youth Institute to help them design and cultivate gardens in Trenton, New Jersey. She enjoys exploring new recipes and cooking with her family, gardening, biking, and daily walks with her springer spaniel, CoCo.
