Chasity (she/her) is an Associate Talent Consultant at DRG. She has a great passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is driven by youth and communities and helping them to find their passions and purpose, gifts and talents. She is enamored by one’s “why” as she believes it is the tool to propel one’s future and the success they desire. As an Associate at DRG, Chasity appreciates the ability to understand clients holistically while assisting them in finding the right fit within their desired goals. Having worked for nonprofit organizations for over 10 years, it is with great conviction that Chasity implements the values of this agency.
Chasity attended the University of Missouri where she holds a BA in English with an emphasis in creative writing, a minor in Theatre, and certificate in Multicultural Studies. Because of its ability to cross into almost any field (and beyond), Chasity is excited to have begun her Master’s in Social Work.
In her free time, you can find Chasity nerding out to anime, volunteering in the community, watching a predictable rom-com, watching/playing sports, singing, dancing or with a new novel.
