Carole (she/her) is the Senior Advisor for DRG’s Interim Placement Service. Carole has worked in politics, policy, philanthropy, nonprofits, media, advocacy, and academia. She is an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. Carole has successfully led nonprofits as Executive Director (MOUSE, WNET Education, Women Creating Change) and Interim Executive Director (One to World, Nontraditional Employment for Women, Edible Schoolyard). She has also worked in philanthropy (Markle Foundation) and spent eight years in policy and program leadership at the U.S. Department of Education.
Carole received her B.A. in Economics from the American University and her J.D. from Vermont Law School. Carole lives in Queens with her husband and twin boys.
