Alexa (she/her) is a Chief Operating Officer at DRG. She designs and manages firm-wide strategies related to people, operations, and special projects, leading the operational infrastructure to support growth, excellence, and creativity for the team and the clients we serve.
Alexa has extensive experience in the nonprofit, philanthropy, and social responsibility sectors, including as Chief of Staff for a large health and human services organization. She is deeply passionate about supporting organizations that are driving impactful change in their communities.
Alexa lives in Cleveland with her husband and five-year-old daughter. She’s a passionate cook and baker who’s known to throw amazing parties and loves museum-hopping on weekends (her family has memberships at ten local museums!).
