Alexa (she/her) is a Chief Operating Officer at DRG. She designs and manages firm-wide strategies related to people, operations, and special projects, leading the operational infrastructure to support growth, excellence, and creativity for the team and the clients we serve.
Alexa has extensive experience in the nonprofit, philanthropy, and social responsibility sectors, including as Chief of Staff for a large health and human services organization. She is deeply passionate about supporting organizations that are driving impactful change in their communities.
Alexa lives in Cleveland with her husband and daughter. She’s the PTA President at her daughter’s elementary school, a great baker known to throw amazing themed parties, and loves museum-hopping on weekends.
