Akshita Sankepally

Akshita (she/her) is a Talent Consultant at DRG. She supports nonprofits in enhancing their talent infrastructure. Akshita is an expert in conducting comprehensive compensation analyses, designing compensation philosophies, evaluating and recommending HR policies and practices using an equity-focused approach, designing organization-wide and role-specific competency models, supporting organizational design work (e.g., onboarding/integration, organization-wide communication rollout, and job analyses), designing and facilitating training sessions, and developing performance evaluation processes and tools. Clients can always expect Akshita to embed equity, inclusion, and anti-racism practices into all aspects of her work.

She has extensive experience working with nonprofits in the United States and abroad. As a United States Peace Corps Volunteer, Akshita collaborated on various community and youth development projects.

Akshita has an undergraduate degree from Bradley University and an MBA from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. During her free time, Akshita enjoys traveling, running, and hanging out with her foster animals.
