We are pleased to announce that Michael Balaban has been appointed President & Executive Officer of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia. Michael comes to the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia with extensive experience working for Pennsylvania-adjacent nonprofits and leadership roles in the Jewish Community nonprofit space. Most recently, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Jewish Federation of Broward County, a position he has held since 2016. Prior to Broward, he served as the Chief Development Officer for the Atlanta Jewish Federation.(1)
