Pleased to announce that Linda Foster has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer at the Jewish Family Service of Colorado. Her primary responsibility is managing a deeply talented professional team and implementing the newly developed strategic plan to advance the mission of the organization in conjunction with the Board.
Jewish Family Service of Colorado (JFS) believes in strengthening the community by providing vital services to people in need. Every day, JFS helps people overcome life’s challenges to live fuller, more meaningful lives. Founded in 1872, JFS is a nonsectarian, nonprofit human services agency serving metro Denver and Boulder. JFS helps seniors maintain a high quality of life, provides quality mental health counseling to children and adults, offers training and job placement to people with significant barriers to employment, and provides food and financial aid to individuals and families in crisis. Every year, the agency benefits nearly 24,000 people of all faiths, races, ages, incomes, and abilities.
