Kim Smith – appointed Headmaster of Xavier High School

We are pleased to announce that Kim Smith has been appointed Headmaster of Xavier High School (Xavier HS).  Kim comes to Xavier HS with over two decades of extensive teaching and school leadership and administration experience. She currently serves as the Academic Vice Principal of Boston College High School where she has been in several roles for over 13 years.

“Kim emerged as the strongest candidate, with the right combination of a passion for teaching, compelling prior leadership experience, and a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and our Ignatian charism. Xavier’s tradition of academic excellence will be well led and in good hands.” noted Rich Nolan, Search Committee Chair(1).
