
We are pleased to announce that Dr. Adesegun Fatusi has been appointed as Director of International Research at the Guttmacher Institute. Dr. Fatusi will work with the Institute’s renowned research management team to oversee its portfolio of policy-relevant international research.
Prior to joining the Institute, he was the Professor of Community Health and Public Health at the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, in Nigeria. Dr. Fatusi has also served as a consultant to government agencies and international development organizations including the World Health Organization (WHO), United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), and United Nations Development Program (UNDP), among others.
