For more than 35 years, DRG has been at the forefront of Executive Search for the nonprofit community. We’ve had the incredible opportunity to work with thousands of mission-driven organizations, and have honed our skills as experts guiding executive search for those we serve.
Like so many of us, we’ve spent the last two years in thoughtful consideration of what is important to us and our work. We are intentionally and deeply focused on building for the future – developing our team and internal capacity to better serve our clients. As a result of this work, we are thrilled to share that we are entering a new phase of our history.

Several years ago, we expanded our service offerings to include organizational consulting focused on cultivating a strong talent infrastructure to complement our executive search focus. The response from our clients has been overwhelmingly positive, and we’re grateful for the confidence you have placed in us to do this work together.
To reflect our expanded focus, we have built a team that brings in the best and brightest talent experts. Our team now includes more than 40 experts across the country, and we’ve expanded our company footprint to more than 15 locations nationally.
