Lori Clement, Tani Weissman, and Sarah Raful Whinston will expand our team of Partners, while Jennifer Fleischer and Omar Lopez have been promoted to Principal. Lori has fostered creativity and brought unmatched skill in client relationships to DRG since 2019. She is an exceptionally skilled executive search consultant, having successfully executed over 75 searches for 40+ organizations in the social justice, education and youth, and human services sectors and beyond. She has led our internal business development strategy and training, equipping the team with tools to grow our impact and reach. Her ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships has resulted in many return clients who value her professionalism and dedication. Lori is based in North Carolina. Her recent clients include the Legal Aid Society of New York, DoSomething.org, and the National Urban League.

Tani joined DRG as an Associate in 2016 and has become a trusted executive search consultant, known for his expertise and strong client relationships. He leads searches for a diverse array of organizations, focusing on community building, human services, education, and philanthropy. He has particular expertise in senior-level development and fundraising positions, including Chief Development Officers. Having led over 100 searches and placed a multitude of executive leaders, Tani is renowned for his unwavering dedication to going above and beyond for clients. His calm, cool, and collected demeanor, even in challenging situations, makes him a steady and trusted presence both at DRG and for our clients. Tani is based in Pennsylvania. Sarah has been a cornerstone of DRG since 2017 and is known for her strong relationships and commitment to excellence as an executive search consultant. She has led over 100 searches for organizations that focus on community building, philanthropy, social justice, and youth development, mostly on CEO/Executive Director searches. As a skilled executive search consultant and experienced facilitator, Sarah also leads supervision training, helping an organization’s people become more effective managers and leaders. Sarah’s commitment to developing others and fostering strong relationships reflects her belief in the power of people. Sarah is based in Michigan. Her recent clients include SAGE – Advocacy & Services for LGBTQ+ Elders, Jewish Council on Urban Affairs, University of Michigan Museum of Art, and Planned Parenthood Association of Utah.
