The Senior Talent Consultant is an integral member of DRG’s growing team of talent experts. This role requires a highly motivated and organized professional who can multitask effectively and serve as a highly-skilled thought partner to clients and colleagues alike. We are seeking an energetic professional who wants to be a part of helping DRG Talent build and grow.

Business Development
Our Talent Consultants are responsible for creating, implementing, and tracking a unique business development plan. We expect Talent Consultants to develop business relationships by spending structured and directed time meeting and engaging with leaders in the nonprofit community and maintaining those relationships with strong communication and follow up. Talent consultants will also play an important role in our continuous mapping of talent needs in the nonprofit sector. We know everyone brings their own special flare to this—we will help you build your skills, focus your strategy, and develop your voice!
The ideal candidate possesses master’s level academic training in business, nonprofit management, human resources, or public administration and a minimum of fifteen years’ social sector work experience in a combination of roles including senior management, consulting, client services, and/or human resources management.

This is a full-time, exempt position. Location is flexible; our staff works from home offices or shared workspaces near where they live. Depending on the course of the pandemic, some travel may be required in the future; the amount and locations will vary depending on client needs.
