What’s the Job?

DRG Talent is embarking on a period of exciting growth and expansion.  We are looking for a reliable, personable Proposal Writer to support the DRG Team’s business development efforts. The Proposal Writer will serve a key role in business strategy by responding to requests for qualifications and proposals and preparing high-quality submissions for our clients. The ideal candidate has strong writing and organizational skills and the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple ongoing projects.

Draft Client Proposals

The Proposal Writer will create proposals and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to meet client deadlines and develop business opportunities. Additionally, the Proposal Writer may assist in developing client pitch decks and other presentation materials. The Proposal Writer will collaborate with team members including, but not limited to, Talent Consultants and Research & Outreach Associates to collect and compile relevant data to ensure compliance with prospect and client requirements.

General Business Development Support

The Proposal Writer will provide general business development support to our team, including conducting research on possible business opportunities and potential clients. The Proposal Writer will also maintain client and candidate data for our current and past engagements.

DRG Teamwork

The Proposal Writer will work across the entire DRG team to provide support on both internal and external projects. Our entire team collaborates on company-wide projects, learning, professional development, and experiences designed to strengthen our company. We provide our team members with opportunities to develop themselves, their work, and their investment in our collective mission.



Who are we looking for?

The ideal Proposal Writer has experience in writing and marketing with strong attention to detail and organization. The Proposal Writer must be proficient in using Microsoft Office products and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Most importantly, a Proposal Writer must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and enjoy the excitement of a fast-paced company where they will partner with many different members of our team over the course of their day. Location: This is a full-time, exempt position. Location is flexible; our staff works from home offices or shared workspaces near where they live. Occasional travel for an annual team retreat and regional meetings may be required.
