The Employee Engagement Manager will serve as an integral member of DRG’s growing team focused on providing organizational consulting and talent advisory services to purpose-driven organizations around the world. Reporting to the Managing Director of Operations, the Employee Engagement Manager will lead strategies to improve engagement and manage initiatives designed to foster and support our growing remote workforce, including recruitment and onboarding for the DRG team, retention, recognition, performance management, learning and development, diversity, benefits, and wellness.
Employee Engagement & Wellbeing
We’re a growing remote team, so connection and support of our collaborative team are critical to our work. The Employee Engagement Manager will partner with the Managing Director of Operations to oversee employee engagement and wellbeing programming and administration. They will prepare employment agreements and implement new hire onboarding and orientation, drive recruitment for internal roles, support the ongoing development and execution of our performance management programs, develop and implement employee recognition and retention programs, and support the planning for firm-wide meetings and retreats.
HR Administration & Compliance
DRG partners with a Professional Services Organization, and our Employee Engagement Manager will serve as a key liaison to our PEO to manage our HR administration. They will oversee the daily tasks related to our human resources and talent management department, including employment, payroll, leave, and benefits-related inquiries from our team. They will partner with the Managing Director of Operations to lead training and development for our team, including mandatory training programs and professional development. They will maintain knowledge of trends and best practices related to human resources and talent management.

Although this position will focus on our firm’s human resources function, our entire team collaborates on company-wide projects, learning, professional development, and experiences designed to strengthen our company. We provide our team members with opportunities to develop themselves, their work, and their investment in our collective mission.
Everyone who works at DRG strives to have impeccable follow-up and follow-through and has a superior work ethic, deep curiosity, and a strong sense of accountability. We’re looking for a detail-oriented team member with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will come with human resources experience, particularly related to performance management, benefits administration, onboarding, and retention programming. They will have excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. At least five years of human resource management experience is preferred. SHRM-CP is a plus.
Location: This is a full-time, exempt position. Location is flexible; our staff works from home offices or shared workspaces near where they live. Periodic travel for staff meetings and retreats may be required.
