Analyst – Organizational Consulting

What’s the Job?

The Analyst will serve as an integral member of DRG’s growing team focused on providing organizational consulting and talent advisory services to purpose-driven organizations around the world. They will provide analytical support and data analysis on both internal and external projects, supporting a variety of engagements in DRG’s core focus areas, including organizational design and alignment; compensation analysis and strategy; individual and team assessment, development, and effectiveness; organizational culture and engagement; board effectiveness; transition and succession planning; talent integration; and diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism.

Data Collection and Analysis

The Analyst will compile, clean, and interpret data from a wide range of sources, supporting the development and administration of surveys and other data collection tools; identifying, reviewing, and leveraging both public and private data sources relevant to our and our clients’ needs; and supporting our compensation analysis work by comparing positions against survey data and market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges.

Data Curation and Presentation

In partnership with Talent Consultants, the Analyst will prepare both visualizations and reports that combine compelling narratives and visualizations to communicate analyses, results, and business implications. The Analyst will support DRG’s organizational consulting engagements by providing insight and recommendations based on data analysis, including reporting on trends and market insights. The Analyst will share participate in client presentations.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented team member with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal Analyst will come with experience with data collection and curation, data interpretation and analysis, and the presentation and communication of data reports in an engaging manner.

Proficiency with MS Office and with survey tools such as Qualtrics strongly preferred; experience with statistical software a plus, as is experience in Human Resources or Operations.

Location

This is a full-time, exempt position. Location is flexible; our staff works from home offices or shared workspaces near where they live. Depending on the course of the pandemic, periodic travel for staff meetings and retreats may be required.
