Founded by Thomas Mott Osborne, now considered the “pioneer and prophet of prison reform,” Osborne has a 90-year history of leadership in working with currently and formerly incarcerated adults, children, and their families.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and serving as a member of the leadership team, the VP, Development leads development strategy and operations for Osborne.
