Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and serving as a member of Encounter’s leadership team, the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) plays a critical role in amplifying the message of Encounter externally, while bringing focus and discipline to long term planning and day to day execution internally at the highest level.
