Founded in 1978 and headquartered in New York City, SAGE is the world’s largest and oldest organization dedicated to improving the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer/questioning (LGBTQ+) older people.

The Chief Development Officer (CDO) is a new position at SAGE and will serve on a newly structured leadership team at the organization. The CDO reports to one of SAGE’s two Executive Vice Presidents. This position will work in partnership with SAGE’s Chief Executive Officer and also will work closely with the Executive Directors of SAGE Serves™ and SAGE Venture™ to ensure these new divisions are resourced effectively.
